2. Eligibility
By accessing and using our website, you affirm that you are: • At least 18 years of age. • A resident of India (for domestic orders). • Capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. • Not restricted from using our services under any applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Products and Pricing
• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). • Product images and descriptions are illustrative and for reference only. Actual colors, textures, and fit may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and manufacturing variations. • We make every effort to maintain accurate product availability and pricing. However, products are subject to availability and may be out of stock. • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and withdraw products from sale at any time. • All items are sold as described unless explicitly marked as final sale.
4. Orders and Acceptance
• Your order is an offer to purchase, which becomes binding only after we send you a confirmation email or SMS. • We reserve the right to accept or reject any order, or to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: - Product unavailability - Incorrect pricing - Suspected fraudulent activity - Delivery address restrictions • Order modifications are accepted only before the order is dispatched. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes. • All orders are final and non-cancellable after payment is confirmed.
5. Payment
• DOT VIEW accepts payments exclusively through Razorpay, which supports UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking, and Digital Wallets. • We do NOT offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for any orders. • Your credit card details, passwords, and sensitive financial information are never stored on our servers. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay's encrypted payment gateway. • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your payment credentials. DOT VIEW is not liable for unauthorized transactions if login credentials are compromised due to your negligence. • Payment failures may result in order cancellation. You will be notified via email if this occurs.
6. Shipping and Delivery

7. Exchanges
DOT VIEW offers EXCHANGES ONLY for change of mind or sizing issues within 7 days of delivery. We do NOT offer returns or refunds except for defective or wrong items received. Please refer to our Exchange Policy for complete terms, conditions, eligibility criteria, process, and timelines.
8. Intellectual Property
• All content on our website, including but not limited to the DOT VIEW logo, product images, design elements, photography, text, graphics, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of DOT VIEW Private Limited. • You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly display, or otherwise use any content without our prior written consent. • Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action and monetary damages.
9. User Conduct
You agree NOT to: • Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or databases. • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our website without permission. • Engage in fraudulent activity or provide false information. • Harass, abuse, or make threats toward our staff or other users. • Transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code. • Interfere with the website's normal functioning or security features. 12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
• These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. • Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. • You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to venue.
13. Dispute Resolution
• Before initiating legal action, we encourage you to contact us at support@dotview.in to resolve disputes amicably. • If an amicable resolution is not reached within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. • The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator appointed mutually by both parties, with proceedings held in English in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15. Changes to Terms
DOT VIEW reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
